Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. If you encounter an issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we’ll work to resolve it.

Physical Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
